Once you've taken the test, you have to upload photographic evidence of your test to get the official doctor signed report.

IMPORTANT: Please read below information carefully to avoid delays.

Step 1: Order your kit online. It is sent using a Royal Mail tracked 48 hours service.

Step 2: Follow the Instructional Leaflet and video to perform the antigen test sample collection.

Step 3: After 15 minutes, upload a clear close-up picture of your test cassette along with a handwritten note containing your DHSC Reference Number by clicking 'Activate Test' at the top right corner of the website or by visiting https://rainbowlabs.rapidcertify.co.uk/begintest

Step 4: Once you have uploaded the picture and entered all the details correctly, you will receive your official report within 4-6 hours* (during business hours) of the upload.

On rare occasions an antigen test can give an "inconclusive" result, particularly if the testing instructions are not followed correctly. In these circumstances, we will send you another test.

Some countries accept this Lateral Flow Device/Rapid Antigen Test as a Fit to Fly test or travel test, please check country-specific requirements.
