ORDER BEFORE 12 NOON FOR NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY
Place your order before 12 noon for your test to be dispatched the same day. Please note our LFD /Antigen tests are sent using a Tracked 48 service and PCRs with Tracked 24 service.

RESULTS WILL BE SENT TO E-MAIL
Your Antigen Test results will be sent to your email within 4* hours during business hours.
Please add our email ids to your trusted list so that you won't miss us.

Your PCR Test results will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours of the samples reaching our lab.
When we send your test kits...

Antigen Test Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day on a tracked Royal Mail 48 service.

PCR & Blood Test Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day on a Tracked Royal Mail next business day service.

Orders placed after 12:00 on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

We rely on our delivery partner, Royal Mail, to deliver your kits and for your PCR and Blood Test samples to be sent back to us.

Delivery date-specific orders are not currently accepted.

Once your kits are dispatched, we have no direct control over delivery and cannot accept liability for delays.

We understand the frustration delays in delivery can cause and therefore we highly recommend you order test kits well in advance of when you need to take your sample.
When you send us your PCR test samples:

Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked return labels are included in all our PCR and Blood Test kits.

Royal Mail delivers your samples to us from Monday to Friday and does not deliver on Saturdays/Sundays and Bank holidays.

Samples posted to on late Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will reach us on Monday or Tuesday.
